When LiPo cells are charged and discharged with high current the cells can swell. To avoid battery swelling the batteries have to be squeezed together.
To solve this issue we used three aluminium u-profile at each end, threaded rods between the u-profiles and screw them together. This method have been very effective, and we did not have any problems with swelling.
